With our CEO's 40 years in the hotel and resort field and a network of finance, construction, design and operations specialists, we shape the right service for each project and build results together with owners and investors. Careful analysis reduces project risk, and every mid- to long-term strategy we propose starts from feasibility.
We take on planning and project management on behalf of landowners and project owners, and stay involved from development through to operations.

01 Hotel & Resort DevelopmentWe manage the project on the owner's side, from site review to opening: site and demand analysis, feasibility, design review and permits, contractor and operator selection, owner's-side PM, FF&E and pre-opening.
02 Hotel & Resort OperationsWe raise operating efficiency and guest satisfaction for a stable revenue structure: operating model and operator selection, pre-opening, performance diagnosis and revenue improvement, experience-led operating models.
03 Real Estate (E&D)We assess a site's development potential and lead it from entitlements to completion: site due diligence, entitlement strategy, layout and preliminary feasibility, cost and schedule control, logistics, apartments and housing estates.
04 AX SolutionsWe digitize and automate work with AI for companies without IT staff: process design, custom ERP and CRM, marketing and workflow automation, websites, business plans, IR and public procurement sales support.
